The Semana Santa consists of a series of ceremonies, processions and celebrations, that take place in the district of Poblados Marítimos, in the Cabanyal, Grao and Canyamel neighborhoods.

Every year, the feast attracts devotees and tourists from around the world, capturing the attention for its peculiarities. Among them, we point out the exhibition of sacred images on the neighborhoods balconies and locals, the parades of drums and biblical characters, the live performance of the passion and death of Christ.

Furthermore, we highlight some of the collective acts that will be celebrated in these days:

Do you want to try something different and alternative? In this case, we invite you to participate in the performance that will take place this Sunday at the CCC.

The event is part of a cycle organized by the artist-educator John Escobar, with the aim to create alternative ways of living the exhibition spaces. That is, to involve visitors so that they break with traditional norms and experience art in museums through five elements: noise, union, exploration and power.

Sunday’s act will focus on “noise” as a prohibition and on its transgression.

To confirm your attendance at the event, you must book on this web page.

Do you dare to live this breakthrough experience?
